Please take note that Ufukuzo girls participated in the Chicago Marathon.

Lidia Luther finished in 4:27:26  thus reaching the finish line ahead of 21494 of the 36159 men and women who finish the race. Congrats Lidia. You defeated some 60% of the finishers.

Leith Daley Cummins ran more cautiously as she merely wanted to complete her first marathon which she did in 5:52:21 but good enough to beat 4272 men and women. Leith, having proved that you can do it after less than 2 years running, you can now concentrate on improving your time.  You won the battle!

Note that it took 7:48:54 to time the 36159 finishers.  Also, only nine (9) of the 19973 male finishers completed in the sub-2:14:00 Olympic qualifying time.
