The 2013 Race will be held on May 20th, 2013 and will include a 5K Run and a 10K Run. Distance: 5K and 10K
Date and time: Monday, May 20th, 2013 at 6:00am
Route: Start and finish at Little League Gym, Barracks Rd,. Bank Hall, St, Michael, map 5K start: on Barracks Road between Queen Mary Road & Prince of Wales Road, follow Barracks road and turn right on to Bank Hall Main Road (Highway 2) and then left on to Hill Road. Follow Hill Road to its junction with Kew Road. Turn left and proceed along Kew Road to the junction of Kew Road and Highway 2 (Power in the Blood Church). Turn left and run towards Eagle Hall Junction. Turn left and run the full length of Bank Hall Road - through Sobers Corner (Bank Hall Traffic lights) to the junction of Hindsbury Road and Bridge Road. Turn left and follow Highway 3 through Station Hill to the junction of Leinster Road and Highway 3 (Waterford). Turn left on to Leinster Road and continue westwards to its junction with Highway 2. Turn left and follow Bank Hall Main Road downhill to its junction with Barracks Road. Turn left on to Barracks Road to the finish line in front of the Little League Gym.10K start: on Barracks Road near to its junction with Buckingham Road. Then follow as per 5 Km. On reaching the Hill Road junction for the SECOND time, turn right and follow the 5K route once more but to the finish line on reaching the Hill Road junction for the THIRD time.
